At Xcapit, we are committed to the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the development of AI systems and the implementation of solutions that promote innovation, efficiency and sustainable growth, while complying with data protection regulations, information security, intellectual property and digital trust.

This policy establishes the fundamental principles and operational standards for the ethical use of AI and the design of AI systems in our organization.

For the purposes of this policy, we adopt the OECD definition of an AI system: "a machine-based system that, for explicit or implicit objectives, infers, from the input it receives, how to generate outputs" such as predictions, content, recommendations or decisions that can influence physical or virtual environments.

This policy applies to all interactions, development and deployment of AI systems within Xcapit, in relation to all data categories. Where applicable laws or other Xcapit policies require higher standards, those requirements shall prevail.
